Using Insurance?
Insurance coverage for lactation care varies by plan and may differ for the breastfeeding parent and baby. You’ll be asked for your insurance information during the scheduling process so that applicable coverage can be reviewed.
Some services or insurance plans may require self-payment. If payment is due at the time of service, a detailed superbill can be provided when appropriate for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
